Thomas Dalby

Thomas Dalby LLB, CTA (Fellow) is a tax partner at Moore Kingston Smith LLP.

Thomas trained at the Bar before being seduced by the glamour and excitement of tax, joining Deloitte in 1996 and moving into the firm’s employee reward practice in 2000. He has advised on and implemented employee-ownership trusts and all of the current statutory share schemes, assisting clients with the design of awards, their grant, reporting obligations through to the exercise of share awards and their implications in the context of a transaction.
